This well-appointed, modern 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Caribbean villa is nestled in the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort in Barbados. This elegant tri-level holiday home features four comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms. The main bedroom and second bedroom both open onto the pool deck, which is located on the lower level of the villa. It's the perfect spot to sunbathe or enjoy a cooling dip in the private plunge pool with views to the golf course and Barbados' western coastline beyond. The third bedroom is also located on the lower level, while the fourth bedroom is located on the middle level, to the left of the main entrance, which leads up to the main living level. The master bedroom and fourth bedroom have en suite bathrooms, and bedrooms 2 and 3 share the third bathroom. The open-plan living and dining area can be found on the upper level of this holiday home, leading out to a spacious covered balcony where guests can relax and enjoy amazing views over the putting greens and coastline. The modern kitchen is well equipped, with everything at your fingertips to make your holiday in Barbados relaxed and enjoyable.
This home comes with Full Membership at Royal Westmoreland Resort. This entitles guests to have full access to all of the facilities (Sanctuary gym, pools, hot tub, tennis courts, golf course, driving range and Mullins Beach Club). With reference to golf for guests residing in the villa, the Unaccompanied Full Member's Guest or the Twilight green fees would be applicable (or if accompanied by the member, the Member Guest fee). Villa guests register for houseguest cards which give them access to the facilities.

Beach Club Access at Mullins Beach (Hurricane Beryl)
Please be aware that due to damages sustained during Hurricane Beryl, Larry Rogers Beach Club on Mullins Beach is closed indefinitely. Updates will be provided as they are received.
- The beach is open and guests can get a chair, umbrella and towel from the beach attendants as necessary.
- Parking at Singita Wellness is still open to guests with access cards.
- Bathroom facilities are located across the street and are separate from Singita's bathroom.
- SeaShed is located next door to Larry Rogers and will be open every day from 11:30am (always check directly wth SeaShed for changes to opening days/times), providing an option for meals and drinks (additional costs apply).
