• Strict no-smoking policy inside the property; violations incur a minimum $500 fee.
• All guests must be respectful of the property, neighborhood, and neighbors.
• Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted; exceeding occupancy results in immediate dismissal with no refund and additional charges for each extra guest.
• Guests or visitors violating rules may be immediately removed with no refund.

Pet Policy

• Pets are welcome with prior approval and a non-refundable $250 fee.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding and must not be left unattended unless crated.
• All pet waste must be properly disposed of, and any additional cleaning or damage will be charged.

Parking

• Vehicles must be parked in the garage, carport, or designated driveway spots.
• No off-street parking or parking in neighbor areas is permitted.

Noise and Neighbourhood

• Noise levels must be kept in check; loud noise leading to a NoiseAware alert may result in removal without refund.
• Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am daily.
