This contemporary villa is fantastically located in the region of Blowing Point, overlooking the Anguilla Channel and offering unrivalled views of the neighboring island of Saint Martin, with a path leading directly to the Pelican Bay beachfront for added convenience. Inside you will find an open-plan living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All but one of these bedrooms are located on the upper level, with a king suite at either end of the property and a queen suite located in both of the two rooms in between. One of these king suites features a private balcony, whereas the other has access to a private sun terrace which faces toward the sea, overlooking the perfectly manicured lawn below. From the living area you have access to a covered terrace with an alfresco dining area, and a hanging daybed for premium comfort. A row of sunloungers with parasols sits on the edge of the home’s delightful private swimming pool, and a table tennis table can be found adjacent. For the active guest, this villa comes with a fully-equipped home gym also on the ground floor. This property can be booked alongside Beaches Edge East to form a two-home estate with enough space to sleep 20 guests, which makes it an enticing option for hosting events or weddings. As a result of the ongoing situation regarding Covid-19, an entry fee is currently required for guests traveling to Anguilla, this fee will be automatically applied to your booking. This fee covers two (2) tests per person, surveillance and costs associated with the additional public health presence.
