- No pets are allowed. A fine of $500 per pet applies if undisclosed pets are brought without approval.
- Parties or events without prior approval are prohibited and may result in fines.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors. Violations will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and potential liability for damage.
- Adherence to local quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) is required. Noise violations may incur fines up to $10,000.
- Music must not be amplified outside. A $500 fine applies for violations.
- All wood-burning fires are prohibited due to county regulations.
- Only trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are available upon request for extra occupants beyond the bed count.
Use of Amenities
- The fireplace is not available for guest use.
- Pool and spa heating is a paid add-on and must be requested 48 hours in advance. Pool heat is unavailable from May to September.
- The pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously.
- Use only mini golf putters on the putting green to avoid surface damage.
- The hot tub's maximum temperature is regulated at 104° for safety.
Warnings
- The property may experience unannounced power outages due to its remote location.
- Minimum booking age is 25 years.
- Parking is limited to 8 vehicles on-site.
