• No smoking inside the property. Violation will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
• Pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional fee of $150 per pet. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
• No parties or events without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.
• Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Occupancy limits and noise ordinances are strictly enforced. Violation of noise policies can result in fines up to $10,000.
• No speakers or sound systems are permitted for use.
