- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Occupancy limits and noise ordinances are strictly enforced, with possible fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down and a fine will be imposed.
