• Smoking is prohibited. Violation results in a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for damages.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am must be respected. Fines for noise violations can reach up to $10,000.
• Parties or events require prior written approval; unauthorized events will be terminated, and fines imposed.

Use of Amenities

• Guests must dispose of trash at local dumpsites per Big Bear city policy; charges may apply if left on the property.
• Use shovels provided for clearing paths beyond the driveway and main pathway, as per the Winter weather warning.
