House Rules

• No smoking is permitted on the property. Violations result in a $300 fee and further liability for any damages.
• Pets are allowed under certain conditions. Maximum of 2 pets, with prior approval, and a $150 fee per pet. Undisclosed pets incur a $500 fine each.
• Events or parties are prohibited unless written consent is obtained beforehand. Unauthorized events will incur fines and be shut down.
• Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Outdoor spas and activities are prohibited from 10 pm to 7 am.
• All sound must be controlled; no amplified sound outdoors and indoor sound should not be audible at the property line. Fines up to $10,000 for noise violations.

Use of Amenities

• Guests must dispose of their trash at local dumpsites in accordance with the City of Big Bear policy. Additional charges apply if trash is left on the property.

Additional Information

• The property can accommodate up to 16 people, with a maximum of 10 adults.
• Winter travel requires all vehicles to carry chains from November through March.
