House Rules

• No smoking inside the property. Violation results in a $300 smoking fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for any fire or property damage.
• Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
• No parties or events without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and fined.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No external speakers or sound systems allowed. Violations will be subject to fines up to $10,000.
• Guests must dispose of trash at the local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if trash is left on the property.
• Parking is available for up to 4 cars: 2 in the driveway and 2 on the side. No garage or street parking allowed.

Use of Amenities

• Pool heat is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Pool temperature should not exceed 85 degrees.
• AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. Shovels are provided for guests to clear additional paths if desired.
