• The property is smoke-free. A smoking fee of $300 applies for violations, along with possible forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for fire or damage costs.

Noise and Occupancy

• Outdoor spa and activities are prohibited from 10 pm to 7 am.
• No amplified sound is allowed outside at any time. Indoor sound should not be audible at the property line.
• Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise violations may result in fines up to $10,000.
• Maximum occupancy is 16 people, with a limit of 14 adults.

Use of Amenities

• Guests must dispose of trash at the local dumpsite as per City of Big Bear policy; fees may apply for non-compliance.

Parking

• Parking is available for 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars on the driveway. No street parking is allowed.
