This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has two master bedrooms and two children's rooms both with twin over full bunk beds with trundles underneath. Beautifully upgraded bathrooms with tile and travertine floors, marble countertops, new fixtures, and custom-designed showers. Spacious kitchen with granite countertops, black and stainless steel appliances. Open concept dining and living room, with the dining table comfortably seats 8 with additional sitting at the kitchen island. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and cable with top 250 channels and cable with the top 100 channels in all the bedrooms.

The garage game room (accessed via one of the children's bedrooms) offers table tennis, pool table and toys. Strollers, high chair, pack n' play, and booster seat available for your infant and toddler to use. Relax in the sparkling pool in the rear yard. Enjoy our covered patio and outdoor seating, natural gas BBQ Grill, children's playhouse with a double dutch door. Nice short walk to Disneyland, and you can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the front yard.
