A building situated right in the heart of Clearwater Beach, walking distance to many shops and restaurants - but the best feature is that its BEACHFRONT! You won't believe the awesome views.This beachfront condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping 6 guests.

You'll instantly be amazed with this condo from the moment you walk in the door. With 1400 sq ft and completely updated with lvp flooring throughout, beautiful kitchen with top of the line finishes, tiled bathrooms, amazing coastal decor and much more. In the living area we offer you to relax on the comfortable leather couch or one of the two accent chairs and take in the view. Or, watch your favorite show or movie on the 65 inch flat-screen cable TV.

In the living room, views of the ocean await through large glass sliders that lead to the private balcony. The balcony has an additional outdoor dining area with seating for 6 guests and a high top that seats 4. The dining table seats 4 guests and the kitchen counter seats an additional 3 guests.

The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas and has magnificent water views. This inviting space is composed of white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and crisp white cabinetry. For guests who love to cook in, this well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to create your favorite meals

When ready to rest and recharge, guests have two spacious bedrooms to choose from. In the Master bedroom, there is a King size bed with ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is large and open and provides excellent ocean views. There is also balcony access from inside the room. The second bedroom is furnished with two Queen size beds and access to the hallway bathroom. There is plenty of room for everyone in this condo.

Balcony offers great unobstructed views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.

The building offers a shared pool, easy beach access and grill areas.
