This stunning two-story villa is ideally located within the Casa de Campo resort, offering direct beach access and incredible garden and sea views. Each bedroom has access to an exterior area, with the two top floor master suites sharing a terrace, while the remaining three bedrooms all feature a private terrace on the ground floor, offering easy access to the beautifully landscaped gardens. Outside, a covered terrace provides a tranquil spot to enjoy a morning coffee at the breakfast table, or the private infinity pool is great for enjoying the natural surroundings while you cool off from the Caribbean sun. The Casa de Campo resort features 7,000 acres of upscale vacation homes, an impressive Marina, an artisan village, a la carte restaurants and a private beach. For those looking for an active holiday, there's plenty of choice with world-renowned golf courses, a tennis center, polo fields, an equestrian center, a water sports facility and a fitness center. The resort is located in the South-East of the Dominican Republic next to the lively city of La Romana and just 70 miles from the capital of Santo Domingo.
Please Note: Renovations and improvements are currently scheduled at the iconic golf course "Teeth of the Dog" to begin in January 2025 and conclude by the end of November of the same year. This initiative will result in the golf course being closed during the mentioned months. During this period, work involving heavy machinery and personnel will be carried out daily from early morning to late afternoon. The resort will work to minimize any inconvenience that may arise, as operations allow.
