- No smoking inside the property. Violation incurs a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- No pets allowed, except for service animals. A $500 fine applies for undisclosed pets.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties will be shut down and fines assessed.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm - 8 am) are strictly enforced. Violation of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- All outdoor wood burning fires, campfires, and charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to extreme wildfire risk. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000.
Use of Amenities
- The property does not have air conditioning.
- A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols are in place, and guests are advised to deny access to vendors failing to meet PPE standards.
