The building is a classic example of a typical farmhouse of the area, surrounded by a large garden and enhanced by a lovely swimming pool, which has maintained all the original architectural features, with small windows in the thick exposed walls that have been expertly preserved and treated. It is the ideal place for exploring the cultural, historical and landscape beauties such as Urbino, a city of immense historical and artistic wealth and a Unesco World Heritage Site, as well as the many different specialties of local cuisine with countless food and wine tours.
