Starting from LA in the west and finishing in New York in the east, you’ll cross 12 states and discover the amazing highlights and personalities of each one.
Week 1
This epic road trip begins in LA, California and takes you through Nevada, Utah and Arizona. The route begins at Santa Monica and heads through the star-studded city of Los Angeles and the casino buzz of Las Vegas. Leaving the ‘City of Sin’ behind, head to Zion National Park and replenish the senses in the Great Outdoors. The route takes you past the iconic landmarks of Horsehoe Bend, Antelope Canyon and the Grand Canyon National Park, before arriving in the Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park.
Week 2
This leg of the journey offers a southern adventure through New Mexico, Texas and Louisiana. Starting from the cultural laid-back New Mexico city of Santa Fe, take a short trip to explore the Taos Ski Valley. Once you’ve recharged your batteries in one of our scenic Taos Valley vacation homes, head to the UFO mecca of Roswell. Soak up the atmosphere, before heading to the ‘explained’ phenomenan of the Carlsad caverns. If you time it right, catch the bat flights at sunset (from April-May and late October/November).
From there head to the quaint Texan town of Luckenbach, for a warm welcome and plenty of live Saturday night country music. Next, explore the proud colonial routes of San Antonion, before heading to the state capital of Austin. Soak up the live country music and attractions of this modern day metropolis. Next stage of the journey is to the Sam Housten Jones State Park, before arriving in the world-famous Louisiana city of New Orleans. Sightsee away to your heart’s content, immerse yourself in the Blues or head out on a Mississippi River boat cruise.
Week 3 – 4
The next leg is an east-bound tour through Tennessee and Virginia, before arriving in the city that never sleeps – New York. Beginning at the Elvis mecca of Graceland, head to the musically-gifted city of Memphis. Soak up the influential strains of blues, soul and rock ‘n’ roll from one of the city’s many bars and museums. Next stop over, is in Nashville. Grab your cowboy boots and stetson, before heading out to enjoy some more iconic live music or a drink at the local Jack Daniel’s Distillery.
Enjoy hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains, visit Dollywood for the day and stay in one of our ambient Tennessee cabins, located in the Great Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Colorado (CO) – Park City (UT) – Sun Valley (ID) – Big Sky (MT)
Week 1
A fan of wintersports? This epic cross country road trip will take you and your passengers to 4 of the best ski states in the USA. Begin in the world-class ski destination of Colorado. Home to some of the best ski resorts in the USA, experience 29,758 acres of skiing terrain across 22 resorts! Our favorite ski resorts have to be Snowmass, Aspen, Vail and Breckenridge.

Week 2
For the next leg of your cross state roadtrip, stretch your legs and head to Park City in Utah (376 miles away). The journey will certainly give you plenty of time to recover from the awesome Colorado ski slopes! Once in Park City, prepare to be impressed. Pacific Coast Highway (CA)
This scenic 2-3 week tour brings you some of the California greats. If you’re craving the sight (and feel) of the ocean, our Pacific Coast Highway road trip is for you. Starting out in San Francisco, the 1,055km Pacific Coast highway hugs its way down the coast towards LA and San Diego. You’ll take in numerous stops along the way including Santa Cruz, Monterey, Big Sur, Malibu, Santa Monica, LA and more.
Week 1
For those new to ‘Golden Gate City’, you’ll want to spend 3 days first sightseeing in San Francisco, before hitting the road. An amazing city in any season, enjoy a scenic city tour by road or water, visit the dramatic Alcatraz Island, soak up the unique city culture and savor the incredible cuisine (with a glass of Californian wine of course).
Leaving San Francisco, head 73 miles south to Santa Cruz. This iconic city is a great first stop for a fun day out. Explore the local surfer hotspots or enjoy a beginner lesson in the surf. Take a ride on the antique wooden rollercoaster on the Santa Cruz Beach boardwalk and explore the Wilder Ranger State Park. Into trains? Take a unique railroad ride through towering redwoods, on the Roaring Camp Railroads tour.
Head back on the road and stay over in nearby Monterey (43.6 miles). Positioned on the rugged coastline, this city offers plenty of things to see and do, so stay 2 nights. Explore the world famous Monterey Bay Aquarium, take a half day whale watching tour and enjoy a bite to eat afterwards on Fisherman’s Wharf. Visit the revitalized Cannery Row, forever immortalized by author John Steinbeck, before taking a picnic on the 17-mile scenic loop drive, reachable by car or e-bike rental.
After Monterey, continue south a couple of miles and take some time out to sightsee around Carmel-by-the-sea. This idyllic beach city offers the perfect spot to relax, even for half a day. Explore the Carmel Mission Basilica musuem, enjoy the sweeping beach sands and take in the charming village ambience, with its storybook homes and streets.
Week 2
Next stop is 28 miles away, at the Pfeiffer Big Sur National Park. This photogenic pittstop offers a plethora of nature parks and breathtaking beaches. Explore the national park, visit Pfeiffer Beach and cross over the iconic Bixby Bridge. You may well want to stay 2-3 nights here, to fully appreciate the abundance of great beaches and hiking trails on the doorstep.
Next leg of the journey takes you 3 hours south to San Simeon, where you’ll find Hearst Castle. This opulent castle musuem was the brainchild of publishing tycoon Wiliam Randolph Hearst. Once you’ve adjusted your eyes back on the road, head 137 miles south to Santa Barbara, on the central Californian coast. You’ll easily want to spend a couple of nights here. Away from town, head to the botanic garden or the historical hillside Misson Santa Barbara. Week 3 – 4
Feeling reenergized? Head back on the road for the 66.6 mile journey to Malibu. With celebrity homes and glamorous beaches, this iconic beach city draws in the crowds. Stay a week and soak up the wide sandy stretch of Zuma Beach, enjoy some board time at Surfrider Beach and a bite to eat on Malibu Pier, or go on a Malibu wine hike. The first leg of the journey takes you 227 miles to the Great Smoky Mountains. Enroute make a pittstop in Knoxville for some lunch in the city’s Market District and for a spot of sightseeing. Home to the world-famous Dollywood, you’ll easily want to dedicate a day to exploring the life of one of the ‘Great Smokies’ best-loved exports.
