We recently had the pleasure of hosting It’s R Life, from Florida. This famous YouTube family enjoyed a luxury stay at Encore Resort in Orlando.
With world-class theme parks and attractions on the doorstep, Kendal Rich, husband Daniel and their 5 kids, Hampton, Sebi, Evie, Kapri and Brinley enjoyed an awesome staycation in central Florida. This was made even more special with their very own luxury Top Villas home!

Where did It’s R Life stay?
The Rich family checked-in to Encore Resort 443, located in Encore Resort at Reunion.
From the moment they walked in through the door, this fabulous 6-bedroom villa welcomed the Rich family with 5* hospitality. Hosting It’s R Life in VIP home comfort came naturally to this aspirational Orlando villa.
Encore Resort 443 provided a sleek and contemporary vacation base for this fun family of 7, thanks to its uplifting decor and open concept layout with poolside views.
The Rich family enjoyed coming together in the luxury kitchen, complete with breakfast bar and stylish dining area. Accompanied by a sumptuous living zone with large flat screen TV, everyone could easily relax and socialize in one space.
The effortless flow from there to the covered outdoor kitchen with alfresco dining set was perfect for their carefree family vacation. Plus the kids loved the easy access to the private pool with spillover tube and water slide!
The villa continued to impress with a fun 1st floor game room and a chic 2nd floor movie room with lounge beds. Also on the 2nd floor, the Kendal clan were enraptured by the themed twin kids rooms. With an iconic space theme and a well-known wizard theme room to choose from, the Rich kids were doubly impressed!
The serene, boutique comfort of the adult-friendly bedroom suites were a real hit too with Kendal, Daniel and teenage daughter, Evie.
In particular they were super impressed by the style and luxurious quality of the bedroom suites. The effortless feel of the beautiful bedrooms offered a sophisticated ambience in which they could kick off their shoes and feel at home. Convenient en-suite bathrooms also accompanied the bedrooms, for a hassle-free vacation.

From a grocery package, welcome balloons and flowers, to a working popcorn machine for their movie night, Kendal Rich and her family were amazed at the VIP treatment we provided.
Upstairs, the Rich kids enjoyed more surprises!
Boys Hampton and Sebi were treated to personalized goody bags in their themed room. Meanwhile, girls Evie, Kapri and Brinley had their own personalized good bags to dive into.
Stocked up with candy and kid-friendly toys, there were smiling faces all round!
Outside, the fun didn’t stop there, with fun Flamingos and inflatables waiting to greet the family from the sun-drenched pool.
The private yard offered a wonderful space to let off steam, with sun beds and a covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ to accompany the fun kid’s pool.
We had a wonderful time, thank you!! The kids didn’t want to leave! Our experience with Top Villas was amazing! Our house met our expectations and then some. The theming was absolutely incredible….the online pictures don’t even do it justice. The house was very clean and you could tell that was a priority. The extras they provided were an added bonus and it was nice to arrive with food on the counter and in the fridge…We highly recommend this house and using Top Villas and we cannot wait to come back!!
