You can book one of our Koh Samui villas online, or make a reservation by telephone or email.
To confirm a reservation we require a deposit of 35% or 50% of the total amount, depending on the villa and the booking dates. There is a minimum stay of 3-14 nights, depending on the villa and the dates you’ve chose.
The outstanding balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival – you will receive an email reminder at this time. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival full payment is required at the time of booking.
To book a villa we accept payment in US dollars (USD) and pounds sterling (GBP) by bank transfer or by credit/debit card. A 2.9% processing fee is applied to all credit card payments. Some villas require a refundable security deposit payable in cash to the villa manager on arrival, if your villa requires this it will be in the terms and payment details in the villa description.
