Perched on the hillside this luxury Cap Estate, this stunning 4-bedroom and 4.5-bath villa boasts panoramic views, a beautiful pool and extensive views over the golf course, Atlantic ocean and Caribbean Sea. It's perfect for large groups and entertaining. The property is sprawling and spacious, but warm, welcoming and ambient. This multi-level villa features both an indoor and outdoor living area, making it ideal for families. The pool deck also has a bar and entertainment area and a BBQ grill, which makes it the perfect hangout spot for the warm Caribbean days. The indoor living area has a large smart TV. Upstairs in the main house, you will find two identical primary bedrooms with king-size beds. Both with private balcony and en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are large but warm and intimate, and designed for waking hours lounging as well as sleep. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are both on the pool deck level and are also identical. They are standalone bedrooms and feature en-suite bathrooms and a walk in closet. The bedrooms have 2 twin beds, that can be converted into a king beds on request.

Exceeded expectations
The pictures totally undersell this home! It’s huge for sleeping only eight. And the view…we were in awe. The pool is amazing, the layout of the home is perfect for four couples, and everything we needed we were able to find in the kitchen. Our housekeeper/cook Joanna was the best—she kept things tidy, the rum punch flowing and her infectious smile and laugh brightened up the morning. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this villa!
